Gail M. Canavan-Executive Director
Gail has been with the Club since December 1992. She holds an M.B.A. from Adelphi University and a B.B.A. from Hofstra University. Gail enjoys quilting, cooking and assisting families who are adopting from the Ukraine.
Lori Wood-Program/Compliance Administrator
Lori has been a staff member at the Boys & Girls Club of Oyster Bay-East Norwich since 2003. Lori worked here part-time as Youth Employment Coordinator/Special Project Coordinator for two years, then became Child Care Director, then Program/Outreach Director, and finally Assistant Executive Director! Lori holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, as well as a Master's Degree of Science in School Counseling.
Tracy Colletti Flynn – Development Director
Tracy joined the Club in February of 2016. An avid dog lover, Tracy enjoys travelling (Venice and Rome were her all-time favorites), organizing (anything and everything) and spending quality time with her family and friends. Her favorite activity at the Club is finding creative ways to raise awareness and funds for the club’s activities and events. She lives in Bayside and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from St. John’s University.
Lorraine Rubin-Child Care Director
Lorraine loves to sew and make chocolate goodies! She's always looking to learn new things in order to help the program at the Boys & Girls Club grow and flourish.
Jean Marie Weiner-Program Director
Jean Marie joined the Club in January 2018 and has been with the Boys & Girls Club movement for 11 years. A Hofstra graduate, Jean Marie holds an M.A. in Creative Arts Therapy and an M.S. in Inclusive Elementary and Special Education. She possesses an M.S. in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix and holds a certificate in Non- Profit Business Management from Molloy College.
Jean Marie is passionate about the Boys & Girls Club movement. Jean Marie has been co-president of the Long Island Chapter of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Professional Association for the past 5 years. In her free time Jean Marie loves spending time with her family, being creative and going to concerts.
Donna Prisco-Administrative Assistant
Donna has been with the Club since September 1994. In her free time she enjoys dancing and spending time with her family.
Stacey has been a part of the Club since 1995. She graduated from Hunter Business School. Stacey enjoys singing, cooking, and reading.

Lauren Fein- Secretary
Lauren joined the office this May of 2017. Although new to the office, Lauren is no stranger to the Club. As a kid, Lauren was an active member and as a teen in high school she also worked as a counselor. It was after her graduation at Adelphi University in May of 2016 (Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources) that Lauren returned to work full-time. Lauren says that the thing she loves most about the Club is its ability to “provide families with a safe place to bring their children”. Outside of work Lauren loves going to the movies, hiking, swimming and other activities alongside her friends.

Xavier Mabina-Before School Program Instructor & After School Program Instructor, Grades 3-4
As a fellow member of the BCG, Xavier wanted to keep being around the positivity of decided to become a counselor in 2014. Xavier loves to be around the children's contagious energy.
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
Mike Pizarro-After School Program Instructor, Grades K-1
Mike began working at the Club in 2012. As the oldest of four, Mike understood what it was like to care after children. For Mike the best part of working at the BGC is seeing the children grow up and building good relationships with them. Outside of the Club Mike enjoys spending time with his family.
Keva Green-Knox-After School Program Instructor, Grades 3-4
Keva began working at the Club her junior year of high school after years of being an active member at the club. Keva loves working with all the kids and enjoys seeing their differing personalities. In her free time Keva enjoys staying active whether that’s going shopping or working out.
Olger Ramos-After School Program Assistant, Grades 3-4
Olger began working for the club in 2016. He came here as a child and saw the great impact it had on him and his family. Now Olger will be entering his senior year at OBHS. In his free time Olger likes to spend quality time with his sisters.
