Facility Usage
The gymnasium of the Boys & Girls Club of Oyster Bay-East Norwich, can be made available for use by other youth-oriented, not-for-profit, and community organizations on a case by case basis. The ultimate decision whether to grant this permission rests exclusively with the Executive Committee of the Club’s Board of Trustees. In considering the request of any group to use the facilities, the Club will take into account the nature of the proposed use of the facilities, the compatibility of the requests with the Club’s operation, the nature of the organization making the inquiry and the conditions under which the facilities are to be used.
