Membership is required to participate in all Club Activities.
Along with payment of the Membership fee, 2023 membership requires a completed:
Mini Members (3 years old and toilet trained to 5 years old and not yet in kindergarten) are required to submit a medical form signed and stamped by a doctor showing proof of immunization.
Along with payment of the Membership fee, 2023 membership requires a completed:
- Membership Record Form (both sides)
- BlueCard
- Members with allergies are required to submit an Individual Health Care Plan signed by the parent and the doctor as well as provide the Club with the needed medication to be kept on site.
