The
Registration for all programs and trips is on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment is limited, so we suggest you register early. Checks are to be made payable to BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF OB-EN. There are no refunds for absences, changes, withdrawals or termination. We reserve the right to cancel classes and trips with insufficient enrollment and to modify classes, as necessary. You may not bring guests or siblings to programs, classes, or trips.
The Boys & Girls Club cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items. Please label personal belongings with your child’s name. Items of value should not be brought to the Club. Please note that the use of “Heelyz” sneakers, as well as electronic equipment, such as video games and their components, iPods, MP3 players, Gameboys, etc. are NOT permitted.
This program encourages Spanish-speaking youngsters and their families to participate in Club activities
promoting intercultural understanding. Maria Schaentzler,the new Bilingual Outreach Coordinator at the Boys & Girls Club, is eager to begin working with the Hispanic community and to integrate the Boys & Girls Club into the lives of their children. It is her goal to make members and parents aware of all the programs and services that are available for them at our Club.
She will gladly work towards promoting cultural awareness with the children and assist them and their families with any concerns and or needs they may have. She will work in conjunction with public and private agencies to promote the Bilingual Outreach Program and the services that the Club offers to the community. She is very happy to make families aware and understand the advantages of joining such a wonderful program that will enrich their children’s lives, emotionally, physically and developmentally. Esta muy contenta y entusiasmada para empanzar a trabajar con la comunidad Hispana y para integrar el Boys and Girls Club en la vida de sus ninos. Es el objetivo de ella a enterar los miembros y los padres de los programas y servicios que son disponible para ellos en el Club. Ella contentamente trabajaria sobre promober cultural conocimiento a los ninos y assistir los y las familias con cualquier preocupaciones y necesidades que necesiten asistencia. Ella va a trabajar en conjuncion con las agencias publicas y privadas a promober el Programa de Bilingue y los servicios que el Club le ofrece a la comunidad. Ella quiere que las familias tengan conocimiento y que puedan entender las adventajas de incorporarse a un programa tan maravilloso que le va a enriquecer las vidas de sus ninos, emocionalmente, fisicamente y desalloradamente.
